It depends. Some people like it at the 3 and 9 o'clock positions, some like it at the 1 and 11 o'clock position, and some like it at the 12 o'clock position. Yes, lead tape can add stability, power, or increase the sweet spot. From what I know, putting the lead tape at the 3 and 9 o'clock positions pulls ths sweet spot wider, putting it at he 6 o'clock position pulls it downwards. The 4 points head light means that that racquet is slightly head light; that is, the racquet's head is slightly lighter than the racquet's handle. Usually, racquets around the 10 to 11 ounce range have balances from 5 points Head Heavy to 5 points Head Light.
