How to reduce player injuries

Recently, players have been constantly getting injured. Which would be the best approach to deal with this?
Lower the minimum tournament requirement

The problem with those listed above in the poll is the players always find the way to get around things to play. Either in charity events or other things so it is going to be very hard other then for the players to keep on training hard and hope they don't get the fluke injuries like Tatiana turning her ankle and they can stay strong.

Please tell them player some tournaments responsibility, don't choose some unnecessary tournaments to play.

I just think it is going to be very hard to limit what the players want to do when entering the amount of tournanments they want to play in. So I don't think taking away tournanments is the answer because the players will just find other outlets to play. The only option that may work a bit is to spread a few tournaments out lessening the time the players have has an off season but I don't think they would like that much.
