Belgium pretty much doesn't stand a chance... with the resurgent Williams sisters, the talented Vania King, and the veteran Lisa Raymond, they should overwhelm Belgium. I would be surprised if Belgium even steals a rubber....

Serena pulled out of the tie with an injury and was replaced by Vania King.
