Serena Williams dfts (6) Lindsay Davenport 5-7 6-4 6-4


Superb Serena does it again. She comes into Hobart without winning a match and comes out a champion. She beat an absolutely brilliant Lindsay Davenport in a great Final. The only thing that let Lindsay down was the middle of her final set, that is it. The first two sets were decided on a CT but one each and it was just brilliant tennis all the way through! Ana will be kicking herself for not taking the chance to play Lindsay in the Final but she did lose to the eventual winner for the second week in a row!! Well done on a great week ladies... Cool

By the way good job for Lindsay making it to the final even while she is pregnant. Shocked
