PSALT

After another loss in Thailand, I flew to Adelaide early, hoping that that would give me an upper hand. I will not bore you with repetitions of breakfast, practice, ect, ect. The draw was released; I had Stroganoff in the first round. Whether this was a cruel stroke of bad luck, or the work of a person, I don’t know (although I do favor the latter, the washed up losers in the ITF no doubt). Jbors arrived Sunday; I spent the good amount of time with him, practicing and such. I was forced to participate in the normal routines with him that have become increasingly common. He burst into tears, lamenting that he doesn’t think Leftys loves him, I hand him a tissue, and this will go on for a few hours.

So, Monday came, I got new clothing from Fila (they are cheap, but...). My first match was one first. Due to my making fun of her in Melbourne, Stroganoff sat on the other side of the room when we arrived. We then came out on court, the Aussie’s loved me like always (PSALT! PSALT! PSALT! Oy! Oy! Oy!). The match started, she served first and started with an ace. It was a fault, I challenged, but the replay showed otherwise. It was out however, and just added to my deepening distrust of the ITF. My match passed by (I won’t go over it, you should have watched it), I of course lost. So, I will be going back to Florida soon to practice there before I head to Scotland for the Murray Indoors.
