USTA: Wow, PSALT, congratulations! You are really one of the best Slam players... you have reached two straight finals! How to you manage to raise your level like this at the grandest stages of the game?
PSALT: It is impossible to explain why some players play well at Slam and others don't. I have always been a good pressure player, that's all I can really say.
USTA: What does happen to you are in that type of situation? Do you decided to focus more, or does your game just elevate to another level and your instincs take over?
PSALT: I relax and my game opens up. I am able to really paint the lines more than usual in Slams, not 100% sure why. I just do.
USTA: It certainly shows. Which Slam would do you really want to win? Like, if you could choose only one Slam to win, which one would you choose, and why?
PSALT: The U.S Open. It's my home Slam and I would love to be the hero for American tennis fans. I would also love to win the Aussie, I feel support there second only to events in the US.
USTA: We would love to see you win the US Open this year, and we hope you do! Thanks, PSALT, and good luck at Wimbledon!
