I actually want to see a Mauresmo, Davenport match. Davenport has always had Mauresmo's number and a win for Mauresmo over Lindsay will do a lot for her confidence and to stop some naysayers.

if JHH is 100% healthy this year for the WHOLE year, she will be #1.....she seems to be doing pretty well, so i dont see why she wont get there soon.....

The thig that would stop JHH getting to no. 1 in my opinion is her limited schedule. She dosent want the virus to reappear so she is playing a small amount of tournaments.

She does seem to be very vunerable to the virus thing which brings on alot of fatigue for her. If taking breaks helps her stay on tour I guess that would be better than getting the virus and missing alot of action.

I can easily see Kim Clijsters making a big statement for #1. Now that she seems to have rested her ankle the right amount she may be on the move to start picking it up.

There is no stopping Federer at this time. The women Sharapova is playing well and so is Mauresmo and Henin-Hardenne. I see those 3 challenging for the top.

There might be a chance of Federer slightly losing his dominance if people start to learn that hitting the ball as hard as they can is the best way to lose to Federer. Federer basically won the final at Indian Wells because Blake tried to hit every ball as hard as he could and lost energy. People have to start giving Federer slower balls with more spin. But yes, until then, no one's really going to threaten Federer constantly besides Nadal.

The avatars dont have to be that small. You can use any image and type in the URL...

Only avatars that you upload from your own computer can't be more than 80 pixels x 80 pixels.

The Grand Slam Winners for the remaining Slams in my opinion will be on the mens side:

French: Nadal
Wimbledon: Federer
US Open: Blake(Upset Special)

On The Womens Side:

French: JHH
Wimbledon: V. Williams
US Open: Clijsters

My pick for Mens #1 at the end of the year : Federer
My Pick for Womens #1 at the end of the year: Clijsters

Venus is just so dominate on grass and if she continues to tune up right and get into even better shape I think she would have to be one of the favorites going into the tournaments.

i can't see venus winning wimbledon. but i do expect her to go deep in the draw. i think davenport can capture the title. unless of course davenports confidence is low.

I hope Davenport can win this one, because it might possibly be her last big chance.
