I saw the match. Murray was playing well and was up on roddick 2-4 (Correct me if I'm wrong). And during that game Roddick injuried himself. You could tell that Roddick was injuried really bad. During the next game Roddick hit very big serves and held serve nicely, 3-4. Roddick then took a medical timeout then played a good game. But ended up retiring after losing the game. The injury came at a bad time when Roddick was playing aggrisevely. Coming to the net and employing his usual game plan.

After the match Roddick look very disspointed. Pam Shriver tried to get a couple of words from Roddick after words and he waved her off, and she ran off

no. they held serve until Murray broke for 5-3.
Oh thanks Smile

Canas and Ljubicic have reached the semifinals. Canas beat Robredo 7-6 (5) 6-1. Ljubicic ousted Chela 6-3 7-5.

Robredo has one of the most boring games Mad

is it just me or has Ljubicic's game become boring in the last few weeks?

He's winning yes, but he seems flat/safe. I don't quite know how to put it. His last few televised matches bored me so much I could only watch a few points.

Djokovic outplayed Murray from every inch of the court today. He BULLDOZED Murray 6-1 6-0.

Not a very good match for Murray, but he is still making alot of progress. Him and Djokovic are the best of the teenagers on tour, and I think Murray is more talented than Djokovic. He's been unlucky in their recent meetings with injuries in Indian Wells and just a bad day in Miami.

That scoreline is actually scary... Djokavic nearly swept Murray! I think he has a great chance in the final. Especially with this sort of confidence.

Canas has become the first ever qualifier to make the Miami final, after straight setting Ljubicic.

It's very boring. Ivan for one has a very boring uneventful game. Not only that but I can't stand he's playing this week. He's been hitting some horrible unforced errors and playing badly in some matches but still fidning a way to win (which is extoridnary). Not only that but I thought he's slice was better! It's medicore

Get out of here! How can you say this after the recent results.

Djokovic will soon be knocking on Nadal and Federer's doors...

Murray is actually extremely talented. The only part of his game which is lacking is, probably, concentration and focus. I bet Djokavic pounced on that weakness. But, Murray's game style practically makes everyone feel uncomfortable.

Apparently, Murray was 'completely lost'.

I did watch it. Murray was far from his best, pouty and all-around just being a child on court, he does that often though. He was playing well enough to get more than a game though, Novak played exceptionally well.

I'm not basing it on recent results (which both Murray and Djokovic have been extremely successful). I am basing it on what I've seen from them in the last couple of years. Murray is more talented IMO. I am not saying that at any means he will be more successful than Djokovic, just that he is a more talented player. Being talented means nothing if you can't control it and produce it on a regular basis. Thankfully, Murray has improved in that area. Look at Safin, he is the most talented player in the world by some margin, yet his results and ranking do not suggest that.

Have you looked at their H2H?

H2H does not determine how talented one is; it merely determines how well one plays against another. For instance, some, like myself, believe that Agassi was more talented than Sampras. Yet, Sampras leads their H2H. Hewitt was leading Federer in their H2H by a huge margin. That never made him more talented than Federer, even back then. Federer's talent was miles ahead of Hewitt.

Exactly. x.doublea is right....H2H has little to do with talent, as do results and ranking. There may be someone ranked 450 in the world who is the most talented player out there. Unlikely, but possible. I think Murray is more talented than Djokovic and will probably achieve more in his career if he can use it better. I believe he is becoming alot more consistent now, and that could be one of his best assets. Look at Murray and Djokovic's years so far: Murray has been more consistent.

And bringing in their H2H at this stage, when it only began in October last year is irrelevant. Murray was injured in 2/3 of the matches anyway.
