How old are you? 9? What a childish response.

Ridiculous. I WOULD like it if it wasn't for the mindless babble...does the fact that only you and leftys_rock post on it not HAMMER THE MESSAGE INTO YOUR BRAIN? It is a totally personal forum, full of personal babble.

Talk about stating the obvious. "yeah...we will see how so and so is feeling in this tournament"...really?! Honestly, will we really find out that?! I am so glad we will see if they have recovered from their injury...because of course, it took you to point that out to me for me to realise it.

Ffs.

Like getting through to a brick wall. You try a nice, diplomatic approach and it gets thrown back into your face.

Why not just simply reply..."yeah"...its your typical response. Hey, just put it as your signature; save you a lot of bother.
i don't feel like aguring with you N_E_A. i've seen the agurements you get into and there a waste of time for you and me. i'll try to fix the "yeah" stuff. i'll also try to stop this personal babble you keep talking about

Or more to the point...you realise I am right?

It is no coincidence.

I don't want any "argument"...that is shown by how long I have kept quiet. There will be no arguement...but it is quite clear that there is a problem here...problems need solving. Why not raise the issue? I can tell you...I am not the only one who thinks the personal chit chat and pointless conversation is getting out of hand. I notice perhaps the biggest cause of all this has not even responded...hmm, interesting.

Ok, so I think to sum it up this is what we should all do to improve:

-Try not to start posts with "yeah," or "yeah..." etc.
-Try to use quotes if the context is not completely clear to everyone, not just who you are responding to.
-Don't go off topic so much! If necessary, make a new topic.
-Limit personal conversations so that all members, new and old, can enjoy the forum and be part of a group discussion, not an Instant Message box.
-Try to post more sophisticated messages. What I mean is basically only post when you have something really valuable to say, not just "yeah that's true" or "oh i'm not sure" or "That would be tough"...things like that.

These things should all deal with the problems people have been bringing up and help this forum continue and not end up with 3 members.

Geez, Can't you just accept the apology without trying to rub it in their faces? By the way, you are just as quilty of the "yeah" quotes as they are. So practice what you preach.

From now on, do us all a favor...leave the sensoring to the Adminstrator.

J Man and Lefts_Rock, you guys are OK. And you don't need to apologize for your posts. Smile

Ok I don't think we need an argument. What Agassi2000 said is great and I will repost it one more time. I think everyone should just read that and (if it is followed) everything will be be over.

Agassi2000, thank you for doing what the Admin should have done 3 days ago when this whole thing started.

Admin, you are 3 days late and a dollar short. If you don't want these posts to get out of hand, stay on top of it.

Later!

Thank you for your concern. As you may not know, I had already posted a long message about this subject when it was first brought up a few days ago. You can see it in the Member Announcements section on the 2nd page of "Bringing more members". I am sorry for your distress.

No distress, Admin. Being a new member myself, I hadn't gotten to the "Bringing more member's" section yet. And as I read it, I can see all member's involved in this argument participated in that section too. And yet nothing got resolved the first time...

Well it sounds like everyone got the message this time.

Thanks, Admin

Maria is here for 3 minutes and is already telling the admin how to do his job...great.

Maria, in response to your other post that I am as "quilty" as them with the "yeah" response. Sorry, if you deem this offensive, but are you blind to sarcasm? When I posted those "yeah" repsonses...it was a deliberate micky-take in order to get my message across.

Please, before you join the site and come on ranting and raving...

A.) Get a clue!
B.) Make more posts and familarize more with the site.

Think before you act Maria...if at all possible.
