Well, I find Roddick funny. Sure he is not Rodney Dangerfield and some of his jokes do not work, but then he can be very funny at other times.

I do agree that Federer's and Nadal's games are way better than Roddick's and would pick them two any time over Andy. However, Federer is no class act. Quite contrary, he is an arrogant and a jerk.

If you think Roddick is a classy guy but Federer isn't than I don't know what sport you've been following. I've never heard Fed use excuses after he loses. He's given Nadal credit in the past but probably also realizes he should probably beat him more often than not. Roddick has rarely taken the blame for the weaknesses in his game. He's sacked 4 coaches in the last 3 yrs., when they've all told him what things he needs to work on. I guess you've bought into the ridiculous hype machine of Roddick. Roddick is a good to very good player. Federer is a great one, nearing legend status. Federer will do amazing things once his career is over. Roddick might do some special things too, but he comes off like a spoiled brat way too often on the court when things don't go his way. This isn't opinion, it's been clear to people who've watched both of these men through out their careers. You can cheer for the overrated Roddick as much as you want. I'm sticking with guys like Federer and Nadal, who are much more than a big serve and forehand. Hate to break it to you, but a lot of people in Europe and all over the world can't stand Roddick either. It's just in this country, which really doesn't get tennis anymore, that they adore him for some reason.

Federer is classy? I can remember him calling Nadal one-dimensional, and calling Nadal a cheater. Why he though Nadal was cheating I don't know, because he can't speak Spanish the langauge Rafael would have recieved coaching in. You are ranting and coming off looking like a child, grow up.

roddick is by no means classy, period. he's too cocky to be classy. he's good at interviews, but on the court, unless he's playing federer, he's an azs.

Well, Roddick looks passive compared to Hewitt (well, not now perhaps). Hewitt loves playing the 'bad guy' role.

He's been really quiet this year, which I'm really surprised at, because he plays better when he's haughty....
