Weird...

what kind of racquet is this?

J-man

It's Hingis new racket. Check the tenniswarehouse boards. They have a few topics on it.

Sorry to promote their fourm
Benchwarmer1

oh, i've been on there, but never looked for it
J-man

It should be in the "Pro racket and gear" section. Just use the search fourm thing at the top
Benchwarmer1

so they say it is the "RQS 11", but i can't find it on their website
J-man

Here: http://www.yonex.com/tennis/products/rq.html
Benchwarmer1

ok... I'm slow

Thanks J-man!
J-man

No problem. Just Google the name of the racket, you'll find stuff
Benchwarmer1

another weird thing, Avery racquets are now available...
Has anyone heard of them?

oh, and gamma has new racquets as well
x.doublea

Gamma has made racquets in the past, but I think they stopped...they own Fisher too. What's Avery? Rolling Eyes
J-man

Here TW just got some in or are getting them in http://www.tennis-warehouse.com/descpageRCAVERY-AM3CON.html
Benchwarmer1

i've never heard of them...

no one uses them so why bother
x.doublea

Not really a smart manufacturer...noone would buy a racquet that weighs 12.5 oz when the balance is only 5 points head light...impossible to use....
Benchwarmer1

no perks either, just graphite along with those specs...

uughh...
PSALT

J-man

Benchwarmer1

x.doublea

Well, I saw them on the Holabird website like two years ago (now they took it off), and there were two racquets: one was like 135 and the other was like 145....
Benchwarmer1
