Shoulder Turn on Forehand

Oddly enough, though my backhand just came into its own a few months ago, it has become much more consistent than my forehand. I think my problem is not getting enough shoulder turn on my open stance forehand. My coach says that the lack of shoulder turn is due to lack of footwork. Any advice?

Instead of thinking of turning the shoulder, try to think of basically turning your hips. Turning your hips will make you naturally turn your shoulders. I think this might work....
