Season 4 will start tommorow!

At the New Zealand International (Tier 2):

J-man is the 8th seed and plays Dreyfus. The winner will play top seed and two-time former champion Jennacourt.

NEA is 4th seed and plays Agassi2000 (former semi-finalist).

x.doublea is 5th seed and defending champion and plays Avolt.

I am the 3rd seed and have a bye into the QF to play either Valkyrie or 6th seed and former finalist Phobe.

Jbors47 will play Mollusk, winner to play 2nd seed Tricatrina.

The other event is the Christmas Island Challenge (Tier 4):

The defending champion stevos14 is the top seed and has a bye into the QF. He will play either Tennis Fan or 8th seed Alice.

Benchwarmer1 plays former champion and 7th seed Beta. The winner will play 2nd seed Adelaide.

Good luck to everyone on the first day of Season 4! (It really doesn't seem that long ago since we were anticipating the first ever Christmas Island Challenge!)

I have a tough opener against NEA in New Zealand, and I have quarterfinal points to defend. I think x.doublea will do well again this year and will meet dave or Mollusk in the finals beating Jennacourt along the way. Mollusk (I think in his last tournament) won a tier 2, so he'll be very confident.

Truly a disappoing start to the season, to lose in the first round of a tournament which I was defending... look at how I just slipped down in the rankings. Oh well, I'll do better at the AO, hopefully.

I am not complaining. Won one match. That's better than last season.
If I had a better draw I would have gone farther...

I can already picture this season being absolutely horrible for me. I am going to struggle having to play players ranked 10-20 in the first round of all these higher tiered tournaments. I seem to play much better against the top 10 than I do the others.
