ChinaSportsNews: Congratulations leftys_rock on your victory here at the Li Outdoors! You really won in convincing fashion, 6-3 6-3 in the final. However, you played the match of the tournaments a round before, a 7-5 2-6 7-6 epic over N_E_A. What were you thinking after you lost the second set?
leftys_rock: I just had temporary short term memory loss and thought that the third set was the second. No not really , but I just tried to put that out of my mind. Because I am pretty much a grinder, I just put the second set behind me and just think, "There is one more set, give it all you have." But this was a fun match anyway. NEA and I always have fun matches; very tight, 3 set matches. Usually ends 7-6 in the third. I rarely have matches that are resolved in 2 sets, so the final surprised me. But I had a great week, and thats what mattered to me.
ChinaSportsNews: We know you have pulled out of the Ginepri Open after your finalist appearance at the Baghdatis Open. Where are you going to play your next tournament?
leftys_rock: I will be playing in the Sugiyama Super National. I had a schedule mishap and realized that I would be playing 7 tournaments in a row. A big no-no.
