This is one of the biggest tournaments of this part of the season in February. The singles champion receives the famous Diamond Racquet. Only Amelie Mauresmo is in a position to take it home with her. Venus Williams had the chance in 2005, when she led Mauresmo 6-4 5-3 in the final. Most attention this year will be on Kim Clijsters, the home favourite, who is playing her last event in Belgium. In honour of this, the tournament have opened 'The Kimuseum'. This is a collection of memorobilia of her career and her trophies etc.

2. Kim Clijsters
3. Nadia Petrova

I stole this from lollipop-guy on WTAWorld. I love it though. He does one for every event.

Good win for Schnyder, who is yet to reach a QF this year. Safina and Chakvetadze continue their great starts to the year, and could both get to the top 10 with a good showing in Antwerp. I am also glad Krajicek won because she is in a major slump right now. That is her first win of the year. She will play Safina in a re-match of last week in Paris (Safina won 6-4 7-5). Groenefeld is also in a slump right now, losing to Razzano!
