I play a few other racquet sports along with tennis, and I find that they ruin my game. After Paddle Tennis, I can barely get the ball over the net, whereas when I have been playing Squash and go back to Tennis all of my shots go out and the racquet feels clumsy in my hands. Does this happen to anybody else and do you know any ways to combat it?

yes, i play pickleball, ping pong, and badminton....i find ping pong improves my reflexes.....playing badminton isnt the best if u play tennis however....it involves ur wrist and u shouldnt use ur wrist in tennis very much.....and because the racquet head in pickleball is small, i get a little confused.....but yes i know what ur talking about....i guess this is what warm ups in tennis are for, so just warm up until u feel comfortable with ur racquet and ur in a "tennis" state of mind.....

I have never played squash, but I agree with leftys_rock on badminton and ping-pong. Ping-pong makes the tennis racquet feel very heavy, and it seems you are playing in slow motion. Whether or not that is that bad is personal. Badminton however it awful, since you use your wrist completely, and it messes up your tennis game.
Paddle tennis is not that different, but you probably can barely hit the ball over the net because in paddle tennis you have to hit the ball with much more topspin, so in tennis the ball will fall much shorter.
So don't play too much badminton

I play tennis, squash, badminton, and table tennis at a reasonably high level. I find that the strokes are so different that I can't really mix up the strokes, although I sometimes use more of a tennis stroke in table tennis; but, that tendency is almost gone.

in basically all racquet sports, i can kick my friends butts in them because of the reflexes.....but yeah, i dont really mix up the strokes anymore.....

espically against novice players there's no need to

yeah, like u can almost use a tennis stroke in badminton and u can get away with it.....not advisable, but sometimes it works.....

So I guess it sounds like i just need to develop my games in the other sports that I play so I will be able to find a distinction between my strokes. I find that tennis influences my strokes in all other racquet sports I play, escpecially Squash. I need to play each of them exclusively for a while so I can get a feel for what I should be doing and how it's different from my tennis strokes.
I have found, however, that some games are very similar. For example, when playing tennis on grass courts I mirror my Paddle Tennis game (without the element of the wire of course).
