Ok, three pull outs.
Serena Williams pulled out of the USA-Russia tie with a hand/wrist injury. She also pulled out of Cincy and San Diego. She is replaced with Meilen Tu.
Ana Ivanovic pulled out of the Serbia-Slovakia tie with a knee injury. She has pulled out of San Diego and will not play again until Toronto as a result. She is replaced with Ana Jovanovic. ()
Nicole Vaidisova pulled out of the Czech Republic-Spain tie with a sickness. She will be replaced by Petra Kvitova, a promising young lefty. Three out of the four Czech players in the tie now are left handed.
