Day 7 - Infamous Murray Indoors, and Ignored DementievaSo, no draw out yet, which is understandable as percy is clearly busy off somewhere saving the world, but I have decided to stay out of the tier IV from hell, the Murray Indoors. I know it will be packed with big names and I couldn't be bothered to steal the hearts of all the british fans while NEA and Dave were there, so I went for the tier 2.
Who entered Dementieva anyway? Am I the only member? 
Also, race updated. Yodavitch is still loss-less, what a season for him, and he has a comfortable lead over Dave, J-man and I.

I truly find my form strange. I just got off from the best season ever by a member, then this happens. I could understand not living up to last season, I never expected to do so, but I went from a deserving top 5 players, to not even playing top 30 tennis. I don't understand how it happened.

I'm sure you will jump out of it soon, just like I am going to lose this good form, probably tommorow. I just hope I keep it up for the French Open.

It might have to do with the amount of pressure you have on your shoulders....

How ironic, she seems to be the more "ignored" of the Russians.
I'll be at Murray to defend. Hmm, I should have gone to Dementieva to make up some points. But I like it in England.

The 'Ignored Dementieva' is probably the more ignored Tier 2. The Roll of Honour looks like this:
Season 1: John Edelstein bt. Jennacourt 4-6 7-6 6-3
Season 2: John Edelstein bt. Jennacourt 7-6 7-6
Season 3: John Edelstein bt. Jennacourt 6-1 6-7 6-4

what pressure? the Aussie is the only place I had a good run at before the Williams Series. three of my four losses have nothing to do with pressure.

I'm not sure whether it is... It gets the point across though.
I hope we do have another good match at dementieva... hopefully, the result can be a bit more realistic.

At Dementieva, there will be at least one new finalist as Jennacourt and Edelstein are in the same half. Jbors is seeded 8th and plays Adelaide. The winner plays top seed Vanessa Child. x.doublea is the 5th seed and plays Avolt. stevos14 is seeded 7th and plays Sheila for a place in the QF against Jennacourt.
At Murray Indoors, PSALT, me, NEA and leftys are the top 4 seeds and have byes.

more confidence is one. who plays at the Dementieva? I would likely beat some nobody's, then lose in the semi's or final to a mediocre, to above mediocre player. if I should happen to claw something out, I will be more confident.
then also, when I made my schedule I did not think that 'This' would happen. at the time I knew better players would be here, and I would have rather played them at that time.

Well, I'm surprised I lost to Stroganoff, but I had a very strong feeling my run would end here. However I am extremely happy about notching two straight wins over Jennacourt now, I own her.

Big movers, as in going up or down, is more related on where they are in the rankings. For example, Yodavitch moving down two places to number 3 would be a big move, but Rachy moving up 2 places would not be too big of a move, right?
I thought of putting avolt in as well, but I was a bit lazy, I might add it. Of course anyone can go and read the rankings to determine for themselves whether or not someone moves big or not.
