Slam- Bizet is a good choice. I would go with a member though. There's a long list there.
Tier I - NEA
Tier II - Leftys/J-man/Stevos/Jbors/others
Top 10 - I am torn between a lot of people. Stevos, Jbors, Leftys, there's a lot.
Clay - Tricatrina
Grass - Child by far! She has yet to even lose on grass!
Carpet - Bizet
Hard - quite a few

not to have won a tier 1: NEA wow had no idea he hadn't
not to have won a tier 2: Stevos, or Jbors. I dont think tier 1 winners should be included in this one.

I disagree about Child on carpet. Outside of Mauresmo Masters, she has been mediocre on carpet.

PSALT, just so you know, Child lost in the round of 16 at Wimbledon last year (so she isn't undefeated on grass).

the YEC is not carpet, it is indoor hardcourts.
