So the Australian Open will be starting officially on Thursday. It will be pretty spread out because of game plans and now doubles (which will be calculated by set), plus I will be traveling, so bear with me!

yeah. that is why we get a lot of repeated matches in Slams.
Percy, what about switching the seeding postions? 1-4 seeds play 16-12 in the RD16, 5-8 play 9-11.

Because that's how I like doing it . I think that is the most fair anyway. Plus, usually people switch ranking positions between slams, and if you don't then you should have another shot at that player you lost to last time .

I meant instead of No.2 always playing No.15, they might play No.15 at the Aussie, then No.14 at the French, No. 16 at the USO, ect., ect.

Gosh I was nervous against Cecil but eventually prevailed in straights 7-6(4) 6-3....
Now I got Yodavitch for the second tournament in a row. Darn! 
I played well in Sydney but still lost in the end 7-5 4-6 6-3
I am going to have to change my strategy... any ideas anyone? I know i can beat him on a good day.

As I mentioned, I was traveling most of Friday and really had no time (or internet access) for FTL. The second round should be finished in two days, the second half (of the first half) today and the rest of them tomorrow. I overestimated my ability and free time when I said we would do one round per day  .

I did mention this in the original discussion. I think this system is INCREDIBLY time-consuming for you percy...you can tell that by just how long it takes to complete one match. It is phenomenal. We really may have to review the system...
