It's great because my coverage doesn't start till 9:30, when the semis start. Why have the one mens semi on this day though? Have they always done that

This Australian Open has been f*cked up badly this year. I don't mind about the doubles because that is entertaining, but the men's singles match on WOMEN'S SEMI-FINALS DAY???????? | ||||

ESPN2 coverage started at 9:30 and they showed both womens SF live which was great for a change!
Serena-Sharapova in the final.... WOW!!!! Sorry Leftys but I am glad they and they had the womens SF during the day because it works for me.... unfortunately I will not be watching men's SF live because I am not going to be up at 3:30... |

Got up early to catch the end of the Federer-Roddick match but it is long over... only lasted 1:23min
Federer-Roddick 6-4 6-0 6-2 
The only conclusion is that Federer is pulling farther away from every one! |

Another Federer title.  When will this ever end?
I do think Serena will win this. Sharapova second serve is crap. Clijsters didn't put nearly as much pressure on it as she should have. Serena will. Serena will also hold a lot easier than Clijsters was. I think she could possibly win easily as two sets. |

No kidding, it's been crap the whole tourney. But Kim was just not playing focused at all. But who would have thought, a Serena Williams-Maria Sharapova final!? Should be some exciting stuff. 
*sigh* The second and third sets sounded dreadful. Was it Roddick playing bad or Federer playing well? |

Federer started playing out of his mind at the end of the first. Roddick was doing everything right, he was hitting good shots. There was one point when Roddick ran to a short ball, he crushed the forehand into the open court, Federer ran over there, over ran it though, so without even looking he brought he racquet down to his side and bunted the ball back for the winner. There was also quite a few points where Roddick hit a great approach shot, was in position to win the points, and Federer would just flick it crosscourt where Roddick had to chance to get it. Obviously Roddick got down on himself some, but no, Roddick was not playing badly at all. |

Federer was in the zone today. He only lost 6 points in that second set. He usually does this when there is a challenge. A Gonzalez-Federer final would be really exciting, with both playing the best tennis of their life. Although I would love to see Haas in the final after 2 previous semi-final losses in Melbourne. | ||||

I'm not shocked that Federer won his match against Roddick, but I am shocked on th e scoreline. Federer must have been playing perfectly, not allowing Roddick to do anything, even with his serve....
The women's final should be pretty even.... |

Haas has gotten absolutely ZERO press coverage 
That match today (mens semi) was disheartening, Roger was disgustingly strong and in form, it wasn't even fun to watch. Heres another one, Nadal whats going on! I know hes injured, but the same at the USO and everything, get it together. Clay season should be fun though. The final tommorow, I am so excited! |
