Aussie OpenI'm the third seed (and seeded for the semi's!!!!!! too bad I won't make it), I will play either Tennis Fan or Nortan. Stroganoff is the seed in my RD16, Jbors, Mollusk, and Bizet are in my quarter. NEA is the seventh seed and has a tricky draw, he will play either Cecil or Beta, then the winner of a great RD32 match between Doublea and Agassi. In that same quarter is Jennacourt, Stevos, and Yodavitch. Dave's the 8th seed and plays either Rhomberg or Benchie, he is in the same RD16 as Phobe. Child is also in Dave's quarter. J-man is the 12th seed, he plays Adelaide, he is in Trinky's RD16, and Leftys and JoJo's quarter.

This is the worst draw possible, as usual! Holy crap, I can't believe I got an on-fire Yodavitch in my first match.
Jbors/Mollusk and Agassi2000/x.doublea should be blockbusters too. The first mainly for me.
I sure hope we can make it, but I doubt it.

I have to say Jennacourt's quarter is really, really tough. It has so many quality players, its jsut ridiculous!
IMO, Yodavitch is going to win the AO. I know its weird and he has a hell of a draw, but I think if ever he's going to win another one its gona be here and right now would be the time the ways he's playing. If not a win, at least do well. Child could win her first AO, and I wouldn't put it past PSALT or even J-man if he can put some wins together.

This is so gay. I have to friggin play Mollusk again, and I am 75% sure I will lose. I miss just being able to cruise through the lower tiered tournys.

Still, he beat alot of top 10 players at the end of the year, even Child in a final! (I think). But now that I think about it he probably won't just because he's yodavitch.....you know

This is a huge suprise, just like the US Open and even Wimbledon last season, full of upsets. Huge run from Agassi, winning two tough matches in a row! Who would have thought that Edelstein would be the last of the top 4 seeds remaining?! J-man has cruised through his matches and Bizet is making a comeback. I am glad to have got through aswell against Phobe. The Child upset was huge though.

I will be there as well. Hopefully I can get something together before RG (doubtful), and defend my final (laughable). I can only imagine how bad my season will be. I had such a good season last year, it seems only fair that I am horrible this year.

I won my first GS match against a higher ranked player. Not bad. Then I lost to PSALT in 3. Can't complain.
I am very suprised with Child, Jenna and PSALT losses. Especially Child...

I am not suprised at all. This is the third straight Slam that I have been picked to win, and then lost before the second week. It truly is not coincidence anymore, being picked really does ruin my chances.

I agree it would be fair...it seems to be a kind of up-and-down pattern on this game, nobody is good/great for more than a season! I have a feeling you might break the mould. Very dissapointed with my first Grand Slam of the season; I think I am going to have another mediocre season. Woohoo!

J-Man is playing with the confidence of a GS winner, the only member to ever win one. He faces Dave in the Semis.
Now on to the two hottest players these days. Agassi2000 and Yodavitch. both are hot now and have aspirations to win it all here in Melbourne.
I think I should take a job with ESPN commentating on tennis. I know more than some of their people anyhow!
