Yes. It's always interesting how they miss the easiest shot of the ralley rather than when the opponent hits a smash from five feet in front them.

I Know! I tend to do this also. My opponent will hit an amazing shot at me and I'll get it back, but the easiest one I bomb! Its all mental I guess! But myskinas racquet sure did take a beating.

yes, i know! i can bash a college guy's 105 mph serve back, yet i cant manage to get a high school freshman's dinky serve in.....

Same with me! When I was playing for my school, someone hit like a 100+ mph serve at my forehand and I sent it harder, right on the baseline past him. Meanwhile, I played another person who was literally giving me 45 mph serves to my perfect strike zone and I was hitting them way long.

It's just, when someone gives a puff shot, you aren't reacting anymore, but thinking. I believe that thinking when you hit is the worst thing you can do while hitting....

She's not to comfortable at the net, so that's really all she's probably able to do. It was an effective 'drop shot', though.

Remarkably, on those fast serves, I can react and basically hit winners right at them, but when the serves are soft, I spin them into the net....

That is a great point. I love Dementieva's backhand, it is one of the best. Shame for Myskina in missing the last shot though.

Yes, she just pushed the volley wide. She probably had too big of a follow-through.

It was an uncomfortable volley aswell since Myskina had been moving back. She took it below her feet, but just missed. Stevos, do you have any other small clips like this?

If you type Agassi, you'll get one video that will show three points from the Agassi-Sampras Wimbledon 1999 final. Showed some remarkable points by Sampras.

I saw them, they were great. Sampras played so well in that match, it's a shame Agassi couldn't get a bit more out of it.

But, based on those points, it was hard to see what Agassi could have done. He runs and hits a winner, but Sampras dives and hits a perfect drop volley.

Also, try Youtube.com, it has lots of great match points! Also it has a video in 4 parts of a set of serena vs Hingis in the 2002 US Open I think. Just search for whatever player you want.

Yes, youtube is awesome, i found an awesome federer volley run against nadal on clay, it was pretty cool with nadal hitting groundstrokes
