Any good workouts?

Any good workouts for the arms(biceps and triceps) and the legs(hamstrings and quads)?
Chelsey

One of the best workouts for my quads is squats. But my mom also has a very large elastic band that goes around my waste and I run while she puts resistance on the end of the band by holding on tightly. This gets a very good burn in the quads and the hamstrings.

ok that sounds cool, i guess i'll try the squats

Lower weight and higher reps. That builds endurance which is more important for a tennis player.
Chelsey

Exactly, you want to tone up your muscles not bulk up and slow yourself down on the court. Low weight and high reps will do that.

ok thanks guys

Go here to find workouts: http://www.pisanitraining.com/pages/6/index.htm . He's the fitness trainer of Ginepri and Gimblestom. I'm actually in contact with him, and he already gave me a great workout!

I did too...he actually created a personal work out for me and will do two more days...I told him that I'm busy (which I am) for these two weeks because of exams, but I will be resuming it soon.

You can ask him about the triceps, as he will surely know....

yes, I also find that "gong" strikes fear into the heart of innocent 15-17 year old kids who might ever come up against me. I sometimes just win matches by bringing a little tape recorder that I recorded one of my scuffles (that's what I call them) on. I play it, then they hear that dreaded noise then they can barely hold their their racquet.
