I have points from Lindsay Davenport for an exhibition match, so if anyone would like a match with Lindsay please send some points. This will not count for anything, or gain any ranking points, it will just enable you to test some strategies and work out where you are heading. I will also post some match notes with where you might have went wrong. So it is certainly beneficial while you wait for the first tournament... _________________ Tennis is in the mind...

Ana Ivanovic wins the second set 6-4 and takes it into a decider
A superb match from both ladies! If they were to send points in like this for the first tournament we would possibly see an Ana Ivanovic vs Lindsay Davenport Final. I am really impressed. It is hard to say where Lindsay went wrong but the only thing I could say about both players is that Lindsay opened up a gap sometimes but never looked like finishing the set off. If she is going to build a 5-2 lead she really needs a strong game at the end of the set to help close it out. The third set is where the match was decided and I would say that Lindsay needs a bit more aggression while Ana needs to avoid sloppy bits of play in the middle of her sets. Apart from that, this was a great match! Well done ladies! _________________ Tennis is in the mind...

Great match Ana That was a good one to try out. NEA, I know what you mean about closing out the sets...I didn't feel to good about the ends of sets when I sent those points, but oh well it was a great match.

If only more people were signing up too...they better sign up tonight/tomorrow; the first tournament thread is going up tomorrow, regardless. So there will be no more exhibitions I doubt! _________________ Tennis is in the mind...
