Hi everybody, this is leftys_rock blogging from France!

Well today, I was playing in the Grojean Grasscourt Classic. I got up at 5 to do some jogging around in the countryside. After I came back from the nice countryside, I grabbed a rope ladder and did some step sequences for an hour. I later went to the players lounge and read The Lord of the Rings(for the seventh time) while waiting for people to wake up. I had a match against dav later that day, and that one should be a tough one, so I really wanted the right prep going into that one. I hit with J-man before the match and worked on my volleys.

It turned out that I beat dav in three REALLY tight sets. I was very tired, so I went back to the hotel and got a massage. I had a match against Rhomberg the next day.

Well, I beat Rhomberg 2 and 4 without much of a problem. I am very happy with my performance here, as grass isn't one of my strengths. Because of the relatively short match, I came back and did some biology and trigonometry homework. My match was with top seed Phoebe the next day.

I wasn't able to beat Phoebe, and lost 7-6 in the third. Oh well, it was a nice tourney for me. Boy Vanessa Child has put on some weight since the last time I saw her. I just don't know how she won the tourney by eating 4 cheeseburgers each meal.

I have a flight to London soon, as it's the eve of Wimbledon! I am very excited and I was getting restless in the 2 hour wait at the airport, so I rode my bike around the airport a couple of times. The airport is on a hill, so I looked at the beautiful countryside that I was saying goodbye to, and I took many pictures of the fields full of grapevines.
