All training and point redistribution will be sent to PSALT and he will update the points in the player profiles. The only exception is PSALT who will PM me.

-All members who have played through two full seasons of Fantasy Tennis cannot train daily anymore, but may if they chose to redestribute one point per day from one skill to another. However points can still be gained. An "oldie" can train one skill point if they are not playing in a tournament that day, however it still counts as playing. This will help simulate age and will decrease the number of tournaments "oldies" play in (notice as of now the top computer players play much less often than the top members). Unfortunately most of you will now have to remake parts of your schedules, and when you do so you must put in the days that you will train on just like you would a tournament. I know this is confusing so don't be shy about asking questions.
-This does not apply anymore. See further down on the page.
-Stevos14 can train once per day.
-All other members who joined within the last season may still train three times a day. _________________ -Site Admin

Just getting this straight:
Old members can continue to add skill points to their game if they don't play a tournament. Do the oldies HAVE to play less tournaments, or is it just an option?
Can I also asy, why is the aim to get oldies playign less tournaments?
Perhaps Percy wants us to play less tournaments, but ones of higher quality.... _________________ "Satan is behind Illegal Immigration."- Don Larson, Utah County Republican Tennis Wallpapers, presented by leftys_rock and myself
If you have noticed, the top computer players play much less often than the members. This is much more similar to real pro tennis and if members continue to play so many tournaments they will soon surpass the best computers merely because they play more (much like Nadia Petrova). Oldies do not have to play less, but in order to improve skills (train) they will have to play less. Remember, when you (oldies) train it counts fatigue-wise like playing a tournament, so it's not a resting day. _________________ -Site Admin
Just curious, when will I stop training? Not that I want to
I actually really like this idea, like members will take time off to work on parts of the game and what not, but they still dont get too far ahead. Good idea
Why do the computer players have to play less events? If oldies weren't allowed to train anymore, it would allow the new members to catch up with us quicker, and we would be around the same standard of the computers. If we are sacrificing whole days just to train then Fantasy Tennis won't be as regular as it was.

I don't think this will affect the regularity of Fantasy Tennis and if anything will make the game more fun and realistic. Don't forget, before this new arrangement oldies couldn't gain skill points anymore at all, so this is just a way to train if you desire to. You don't have to train if you want to play in more tournaments. It just makes it more difficult to gain skill points now. _________________ -Site Admin
I sure hope I can get my training in on Tuesday. I don't have a tournament that day but I have school. _________________ www.freewebs.com/tenniswallpapers by myself and x.doublea

I don't think the oldies need more skill points, we all have the same amount. If we are able to continue training, it will make it much harder for the newer members to catch up, and we will go above the computer standards. If other oldies are training, then everyone has no choice but to cut down their schedules and do the same just to keep up.

I concur. I really don't like this idea. I think we should be able to REDISTRIBUTE on the days we aren't playing tournaments. On the days we choose to play we cannot do any form of training or redistributing, so that kills two birds with one stone!!:
There is still an incentive not to play many tournaments
The gap is rapidly being closed and we are also not getting MILES better than the computer players, which would be stupid.
Anyone for this idea? _________________ Tennis is in the mind...

Alright, I like N_E_A's compromise. So for all oldies, you may not gain new skill points, however you can redestribute points on days you are not playing a tournament.
