Suprisingly, Henman was merciless, pounding Andy Murray 6-4 6-2. Right now, Marat Safin is down a break to Kevin Kim in the first set.

Big surpise for Murray there going out to fellow country men, Henman. Did anyone catch that match, BTW?? I was wondering what tourned it around for Henman in that match.

I'm really surprised Henman beat Murray. I thought the torch had been past....

Well remember Henman is a quality player, and many still consider him as a top player because of the amount of time he spent at the top. He is a great competetor and doesn't like to loose, so he would have done something to change it up against Murray. Thanks to Alex Bogdanovic, a Brit is guranteed in the QF, so that is good. James Auckland won his ATP debut in Mumbai, and he is the 4th seed in the doubles with Jamie Delgado. This is a great week for British tennis so far!

I definitely agree that Henman is a really good player, but I just thought that he would never be able to beat Murray at this age; Murray just has a feel for the game, and he's extremely talented. I thought Henman wouldn't be able to overcome his age, but I guess he did.

What a great week for British tennis. A few of the lower ranked Brits having some good wins. That's good. Who does James Auckland and Alex Bogdanovic play next??

I don't want to make a topic about the Korea Open (or whatever its called) but huge upset as Sania Mirza takes revenge on Martina Hingis, winning 4-6 6-0 6-4.

Wow, big let down for Henman. Losing it after a double break is not very good... Perhaps it's showing that he can't keep the level of play throughout the match. But, Srichaphan is always a threat....

Elini Danilidou and Ai Sugiyama will play the final of the Korea Open. Danilidou thrashed Marion Bartoli 6-1 6-0, Sugiyama beat Virginia Ruano-Pascual 6-0 6-3. This is a big chance for both of them who have fallen off their best form in the last year. Both are looking for their first singles title since the first week of 2004.

On the ATP tour in Palermo (last clay event of the year), the semi-finals are Ruben Ramirez-Hidalgo v Nicolas Lapentti, Nicolas Almagro v Filippo Volandri. I want Lapentti to win this from here!

Also, Jamie and Andy Murray are into the doubles final in Bangkok, this is amazing. Jamie is in his second final of the year, Murray in his first ever doubles final.

Danilidou thrashing some one. That's a new one. She's the one usually reciving the beating. This is a good chance for Ai. She's had some good wins this year. A good breakthrough for her. Even though she is in her 30's

James Blake won his 7th singles title (4th of 2006) in Bangkok. He thrashed Ivan Ljubicic 6-3 6-1. Ljubicic still hasen't won a singles title since February.

Filippo Volandri and Nicolas Lapentti are in the Palermo final. Volandri is there for the 3rd straight year, and his 3rd final of the year. He is looking for his second ATP title after St.Poelton in 2004. Lapentti is in his first final since 2003, and looking for his first title since St.Poelton 2002. Lapentti won their only previous match in 2004 on clay.

I despise Ljubicic, he is a sore loser. His comments about Nadal after his French loss were immature and classless. I am quite happy that Blake drilled him.
